The second monitoring visit of the FOUNTAIN EU Project took place at Politecnico di Milano - POLIMI on February 22, after 18 months from the start of the project.
The partners met the external monitor, Dr. Agnese Roccato (NEEMO EEIG), to discuss the activities carried out so far.
The attendants were also able to visit to the Polimi laboratories to see where part of the Fountain technology is under development (e.g. the functionalising of the magnetic nanosponges for the PFAS capturing).
In the past months the consortium encountered several difficulties, but now everything is going to be fixed and we are grateful to Dr. Roccato for the useful suggestions she gave us to face to future challenges of the project.
